Life is Sweet :)

Woohoo!! I was so impressed with me hehehe. A couple nights ago while watching tv...INSPIRATION!!! Never have I had such an idea- AND had it work! lol I whiped up this little goodie in one evening, and finished embellishing in the morning, as it was quite late and my lovely glue gun takes a while to fire up ;)

I used all the papers, and the chipboard sentiment, from a scrapbook collection I got at Jo-Anns years ago when I saw it on clearance. Spent too much, but snatched it all up lol   All the flowers are Wild Orchid, and of course, glitter all over :)

I hope you enjoyed my little show and tell today, off to more crafting I go! :)

Sam in Trouble.. :(

Hello everyone and thank you for swinging by today! The sun is finally shining today, so I do believe I am going to go out and get some fresh air.  :)  Todays card is done with an image from Mo's, and his name is Sam in Trouble so stinkin cute!! lol :)

The printed paper is DCWV- Nana's kitchen, and the rest is just random from my stash. All the embellies were from my stash as well. I've been un-earthing things that just need to be used up!!
I painted this image with acrylics, but I have started using my colored pencils, and I'm finding I do like that quite a lot.  Of course I heavily glittered everything I could ;) and I used hot glue to adhere the crayons. This is one heavy card!! lol :)
That's all for now, thanks for peeking!!

Sugar Fairy

Hello everyone!! I hope you all had a good Monday, and are enjoying your week so far. :) I'm feeling very cooped up because of the cold, but I completed FIVE projects this morning that needed finishing touches. :) Feels so good! Today I am sharing the card I made for Abbey's birthday. The plan was to not be too girlie...as you can see, that did not happen LOL.

I'm going to be brave and enter this card in my first challenges! :) Very excited about that. :) Ok, down to business. The patterned papers were random ones from Jo-Anns, and the solid colors, also from Jo-Anns, and the coordinations paper, and I LOVE them!! I used the shimmer papers, and I think they have the perfect amount of shine to them, and are very versitale too. (They can be used on boy cards too ;))

The flowers are from Wild Orchid, all of the pearls where on the dollar rack at A.C. Moore, and I absolutely love them all! They coordinate with the shimmer papers I used, which is great! :)

Lots of glitter everywhere ;) my personal favorite!!  I used the nestie die 'labels four' for the tag, and a MS punch around the page for the bubbles. The ribbon and yarn where from my stash, and so was the happy birthday stamp, and I couldnt tell you where its from. I found it in the bottom of the drawer. ;)

And this little cutie is from Mo's, and her name is Sugar. Too cute!!
I am going to enter this card in the following challenges:

Thanks for peeking! Happy crafting. :)

A Touch of Spring

Good morning!! A touch of spring would be lovely, it is still so bitter cold out!!! But this little girl always brings a smile to my face. :) I just love how she turned out, and I think the little touches of orange are the perfect accent color. All the papers were just random ones from my stash, as was the ribbon and charm.

The pearls and rhinestones are by Queen and Co, just love them!

All of the flowers are from Wild Orchid, and I added some extra bling to them. ;)
The image is from Belles 'n Whistles and she's called Lemonade Anyone?. Just love her!!!

Thanks for taking a peek!! Have a great day :)

Better Get Better!!

This is a card I made for poor Hannah, after she'd had a cold that hung on for a couple weeks. I just love this poor little guy, and it worked perfectly for a get well card. :)

I painted our little friend with acrylics, but I am thinking of heading down the road of colored pencils.   I love painting the images, but I can use colored pencils anywhere and my brush wont dry out. ;)
The image is from High Hopes Rubber Stamps- 'Cole's laid up', most of the papers are K&Company (looooove them!!!) and the dragonfly sticker is also K&Company.

As you can see, I glitter everything. :) Can't go wrong with some bling!!!

The flowers are from Wild Orchid, gorgeous! (And verrrryy addicting ;))
I also glittered the flowers in coordinating colors.

Thanks for visiting my new blog!! Hopefully soon I will post pictures of my new book/boxes!! Sooo adorable!
Hugsss,
Bekah :)
